Your first visit with us will be a consultation where we will examine your body and diagnose the pain. The next step is to review the treatment options that best work for you and schedule a follow-up visit to begin treatment. We accept insurance plans both in-network and out-of-network, HAS and MSA, workers compensation, Veterans Insurance as off-base providers and Medicare. We provide at the initial appointment and upon request via e-mail the list of codes that we potentially submit along with a comprehensive list of questions to ask of your insurer to verify your benefits. Please note we are not in-network providers for all plans so please contact the office and ask for the information. Our staff works with every patient to make sure that they understand their insurance coverage.
